BP-1 reinforcing wire and standard quality wire ОК (ОН) for general purposes is produced according to GOST 3282-74, Ø 0.4-6 mm with the production volume of more than 1,500 tons АV Metal Group has the following modern drawing machines for production:

SKET UDZSA 2500,
SKET UDZSA 632,
SKET UDZSA 630.

Our production is provided with a thermal section for wire annealing, which is equipped with both hearth and shaft furnaces. The thermal section allows producing one thousand tons of products per month. The supply of wire is made:

in 50-200 kg small coils,
in 50-1500 kg rosette coils,
in PLW coils.

Manufacturing products on DEM (Italy) cold rolling equipment
В500 class reinforcement according to DIN 488. standard.
Reinforcement of 5-8 mm diameter in coils and bars.
Permitted for use by DBN В.2.6 - 98:2009 (chapter 3.2) and DSTU Б.В.2.6 - 156:2010 (chapter 3.2).

Saving of metal comparing with A400 is up to 25% due to:

Section accuracy: 2-4%,
Intermediate diameter – not exceeding 16%
Loss-free cutting on the scraps - up to 5%.

Delivery is made:

in bars
in coils weighing 1,000-2,000 kg.

Control of chemical composition, mechanical properties, geometric dimensions of products from the wire rod to the finished wire coil ensures the standard quality of all products, their full compliance with GOST and EU standards. Upon customer’s request, the production is provided with a set of measuring equipment, including a machine for tensile testing and a device for determining the number of wire bends.

Fast manufacturing and delivery The wire is stored only in sheltered storage facilities. We also have racks for wire storing that facilitates access to every coil, speeds up shipping, prevents damage to products.

Certificates and warranties We can send certificates for any product upon request. We also guarantee the quality of our products.

Individual orders We consider requests of any complexity with any requirements for chemical composition, mechanical characteristics, packaging, geometric dimensions of the coil. We produce the wire with diameters that are not included in the standard range.
